Leadership & Team Facilitation
Christchurch, NZ
Zeus is Theophora's leadership line, and mostly still on the horizon. It begins with something you can hold — lanyards made from repurposed beads, carrying the old symbols of authority and order — and grows, in time, toward leadership facilitation and workshops that bring people together.
Zeus (Ζεύς) is the king of the Greek gods — god of the sky and the storm, and of order, law and leadership. He presided over the assembly of the gods and kept the balance among them; his was the authority that held the whole together. As Zeus Xenios he guarded hospitality and the bonds between people, and his thunderbolt was less a weapon than a sign of final authority.
That is the spirit this brand carries: leadership as order and responsibility, not power for its own sake — the steadiness that brings people together and keeps the balance.
Made from repurposed beads, carrying the old symbols of authority, wisdom and victory. Something small and well-made to wear into the working day.

Zeus is the Assembly — but it's one door in the Theophora family, and its beads come from next door.

Zeus ruled not by force but by keeping the balance — order, justice, and care for the bonds between people. That's the idea behind this line: leadership as something you hold in trust, not something you wield. Small, well-made pieces to carry a little of that steadiness into the work of leading.
